Ranking boosts
The whole moat is that TrustScore can't be bought. If businesses could pay to outrank real reviews, the ranking becomes useless — so you can't. A Free tier business with real 4.8-star reviews outranks a Premium tier business with 3.9.
Review removal on request
Businesses can flag reviews that break policy (spam, fake, off-topic) and a human moderator decides. But you can't pay to hide a legitimate negative review. Reply to it instead — that's what the reply feature is for.

Do you charge reviewers?
Never. Writing reviews is free forever. We charge businesses that want tools on top of the review record.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, PayPal, crypto, and bank transfer. Recurring subscriptions use card/PayPal; crypto and bank are invoiced per period.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page. Paid features stay live until the end of your current billing term, then you revert to Free automatically.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No card required to start the 14-day trial. Add a payment method whenever you're ready to continue — before the trial ends, or after (you'll drop back to Free in the meantime).
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Switch tiers anytime from billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current term.
