What is chaogolden?

chaogolden is a review platform with two sides: consumers read and write moderated reviews of businesses, and businesses use it to collect reviews from their own customers, reply to them, show their rating on their website and understand what customers are saying. Claiming your business page is free.

How does chaogolden collect reviews?

You invite real customers — one email at a time, in bulk from a CSV, automatically from Shopify or Zapier, through the API, or with a printable QR poster. Invited reviews carry a Verified purchase badge, and one reminder goes out automatically if an invitation is not answered. Anyone can also review a business directly on its page.

Can I display reviews on my website?

Yes. The Google-snippet widget shows your live rating with structured data so search results can show stars; the score badge works in any site or email signature; and you can embed a single review or your customer photo gallery with one line of HTML. Share cards turn a review into an image for social media.

Can chaogolden analyze customer feedback?

Yes. Every business page with enough reviews gets a plain-language “What customers say” summary built from the ratings and review text — the themes customers praise, the ones they report, recent trend and verified share. Premium adds sentiment tagging on every review, AI reply drafts and a competitor benchmark.

Can I manage reviews from other platforms too?

chaogolden manages the reviews written on chaogolden. It does not import or monitor reviews from other review sites — we believe reviews belong where they were written and verified. You can, however, send every new chaogolden review to Slack, a helpdesk or any other tool through the webhook.

Does chaogolden work for e-commerce?

Yes. Shopify and Zapier can trigger an invitation automatically after each order, customers can attach photos and video to their review, and the widget and embeds put verified ratings on product pages.
